Zombie Cage Fighter cartoon has MMA fighters being devoured

MMA needs more cartoons, simple as that, and here is a quickie that I got a kick out of because it combines something else I love – zombies!

Recently, we wrote about UFC veteran Nate “The Rock” Quarry’s next business venture, which is an MMA & zombie-related apparel line aptly named “Zombie Cage Fighter.” In honor of this upcoming company, Youtuber and Flash animator RubberOnion, also known by his real name of Stephen Brooks, has given us a glimpse of what it looks like when the walking dead step into the octagon.

The inspiration for the toon stems from Quarry’s bloody and violent comeback fight against Pete Sell from 2007. The real fight ended with Quarry knocking out Sell, but the animated fight ends a bit differently… let’s just say om nom nom and move on. Check out more of RubberOnion’s work on his youtube or his website, or hit the jump to take a look at another of his cartoons (it’s not about MMA but it’s still pretty funny)!
