As we wind down with our grappling matches from the inaugural “Ultimate Absolute” no-gi grappling tournament, here is a match from the semi-finals between Vinny Magalhaes and Andre Galvao.

Previously, Andre Galvao defeated Antonio Neto to advance forward, while on the other side Rustam Chsiey fought David Ramos to a decision, then Chsiey went the distance with Roberto “Cyborg” Abreu on his way to the finals against Andre Galvao. Earlier in the tournament, Daniel Gracie tapped out Abmar Barbosa by armbar, only to be submitted in the next round by M-1 Global Light Heavyweight Champion Vinny Magalhaes with a painful banana-split submission.
