UFC reveals free Facebook fights for UFC 128
Good news, everyone! The UFC is streaming preliminary fights for live and for FREE on Facebook once again! Huzzah!
For the fifth event in a row, UFC 128 on March 19 will showcase two undercard fights on their UFC fanpage. A welterweight matchup pitting Ricardo Almeida against former IFL veteran Mike Pyle and a lightweight tilt featuring Kurt Pellegrino and Gleison Tibau make up the Facebook portion of the show, which takes place at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey. Two additional undercard bouts, Edson Barboza against Anthony Njokuani and Luis Cane versus Eliot Marshall, will air on Spike TV at 9 PM EST.
In order to watch the free Facebook fights, you will have to “like” the UFC’s fan page on Facebook, which is anticipated to start roughly two hours before the pay-per-view broadcast. Don’t fret, “liking” the UFC fan page does not mean you “trane UFC”, or you are a TUF noob. It means you are smart enough to gain access to live MMA that does not require you to pay for it.
UFC 128: Shogun VS Jones will be live from the Prudential Center on March 19, and the main card is available on pay per view starting at 10 PM. Or, if you are like me, you will be there in person to see this go down live! Who else is coming?
