Olympic Judo competitor and Three-time World Masters Jiu Jitsu Championship winner, Teimoc Johnston-Ono has led a storied life with accolades likes no other (too many to begin to list). Teimoc currently teaches at the 5 Points Academy in Chinatown, NYC, and I had a chance to meet with this humble and interesting man to discuss his life and career and what keeps him going at his age.
