Cage Rage UK 24 is only a few weeks away and the anticipation surrounding the event has already reached fever pitch. The card, set for October 22nd from the Troxy in London, will deliver fourteen action packed bouts but the headliner sees two undefeated fighters face off for the title.

Highly touted breakout star Jimi “The Poster Boy” Manuwa (9-0 MMA) will defend his light heavyweight belt against top contender Nick “Headhunter” Chapman (4-0 MMA) in a bout that many are already predicting to take fight of the night honors. Jimi Manuwa will place his undefeated streak on the line and will look to bring his phenomenal 89% finishing ratio into the cage against Nick Chapman; but the challenger has been quick to illustrate just how he plans to be the first to defeat the champion.

This main event is sure to have the fight world watching and, with many already talking about Manuwa on a global level, a decisive win here could easily be the springboard he needs to announce himself on the international stage. “Both of these men have everything to gain by winning this fight, after Maguire getting snapped up by UFC, every champion knows they could be just one fight away from being signed by the giants,” said Dave O’Donnell, Cage Rage UK Promoter.

Also on the card is the much anticipated super heavyweight clash between Polish powerhouse Tomasz Czerwinski and iron headed Ian Hawkins and the rematch between American Top Team’s Michael Pastou and Dominic Plumb, after their first bout ended in controversial fashion. The event is also bolstered by the inclusion of TUF9 qualifier Tommy Maguire as he faces off with Joe Holder and kickboxing wrecking machine Khalid Ismail as he locks horns with Sam Boo.
