Promo trailer for “The Expendables” with Randy Couture

Sylvester Stallone’s swan song to action, “The Expendables”, has its first official trailer online! Unless you have been living in a peanut butter jar for the last 9 months or so, Randy “The Natural” Couture has a big role in this flick, starring along Sly, Jet Li, Jason Statham, Terry Crews, Mickey Rourke, Stone Cold Steve Austin (who takes a spinning head scissors takedown from Sly at around 1:28) and Dolph Lundgren to name a few! The film follows a team of mercenaries on a mission to overthrow a South American dictator. SImple enough, but its all about the fundamentals that makes the best fighters, so lets hope that translates to the silver screen.

Our first clear look at Randy comes at 22 seconds into the vid, and man does he look good as a soldier! As for the movie, so far it looks like a good throwback to the good ole’ 80′s military action flicks but with some updated action. Thankfully, it does not seem to be the Michael Bay sort of action where you can not see anything clearly because the camera never stops moving and things keep exploding. Looks like a must see for me, how about you guys? Opening day or waiting for it to be on netflix?
