Pete Sell’s Drop To 170lb: Inside The Diet
BY JOHN MOODY
John Moody from Tristatefighter.com talked with Pete Sell of Team Serra-Longo on Long Island before his fight on October 25th at UFC 90 in Chicago Vs. Josh Burkman. This was Sell’s first fight at the 170lb level and ended up being a victory, perhaps due to this strict diet (which you will notice has no spaghetti!). Click to read about his daily diet.
