    BillyHo is not only an amazing BJJ Instructor but his fitness/nutrition tips have really helped me not only improve in my fights but just in real life.. Belive it or not i ever think about eating somthing that would be considered junk I ask myself, would BillyHo eat this…

    Thanks for the tips. I definitely need help in this area – I am terrible when it comes to preparing or planning my meals. Usually find myself consuming just one large meal a day. Nasty habit I need to break.

    I like the tips Billy, especially the planning part of your segment. I never really thought about how important planning was to fitness. It makes perfect sense.
