New “UFC Undisputed 3″ trailer shows off serious upgrades in game mechanics
THQ has released a new trailer for their upcoming “UFC Undisputed 3″ video game, which includes some new faces and updated gameplay.
The trailer features Jose Aldo, Leonard Garcia, Jon Jones, Miguel Torres, Anderson Silva, Dan Hardy, and a slew of other playable characters from the UFC and former WEC roster showcasing the latest additions to the gameplay.
Some of the new gameplay additions, aside from the exciting addition of the Pride FC rules, include leg kick TKOs, heel hooks transitioned from a standing position, climbing the back of an opponent from standing, complex feints and swaying on the ground when a fighter is on his back trying to avoid ground-and-pound. Best of all, it features Anderson Silva’s front-kick to a digital Vitor Belfort. Yes, you can recreate that famous KO in video game form finally. These new elements will make for much richer and more lifelike gameplay, as THQ does their best to take the crown of most realistic MMA game away from EA Sports MMA.
