The K-1 Global Holdings Limited group has officially taken over the K-1 brand as of February, just before it was announced that former parent company Fighting and Entertainment Group declared bankruptcy. Now, K-1 has revealed that former K-1 World Max Champion Masato has taken the role of executive producer.
